Welcome to the Pudding Club at the Sussex.
Launched in June 2025 and held on the last Tuesday of every month, Pudding Club is a night dedicated to indulgent classic desserts – with the winner chosen by you. Since launch, it has booked out month after month, becoming one of our most in-demand experiences.

Pudding Club - A decadent monthly tradition at the Sussex.
Pudding Club is held on the last Tuesday of every month – a night dedicated to indulgent classic desserts, with the winner chosen by you.
Your evening begins with a light roast main, carefully chosen not to overshadow the true stars of the show: the puddings.
After dinner, our Pudding Master takes the reins, introducing the four featured puddings and the official voting rules, before leading the ceremonial Parade of Puddings.
Guests are invited to sample each pudding, one portion at a time – and yes, going back for seconds (or thirds) is absolutely encouraged.
At the end of the evening, guests cast their vote to crown the Pudding of the Night.
The puddings will change every month, and the winning dessert will be announced on our social media – with a possible return appearance, if our chef can be swayed by your unanimous vote.
April 28th
With Roast Pork as the opening act, followed by an outright onslaught of desserts:

• Hot Cross Bun & Butter Pudding

May 26th
The evening starts with a light main course of Roast Lamb designed not to overshadow the main event: the puddings.

• Rhubarb and Ginger Pudding
