Celebrate Christmas Day at Sussex Hotel, where beautiful spaces, exceptional food and time spent with those who matter most come together for a memorable festive occasion.
Begin with warm McLaren Vale olives and sourdough to share, before enjoying a beautifully crafted three-course Christmas lunch.
From Tasmanian smoked salmon and roasted fig and goat's cheese tarte tatin to traditional roast turkey with all the trimmings, slow-cooked duck and pistachio-crusted barramundi, our chefs have created a festive menu celebrating local and seasonal flavours. Finish with the Christmas classics - traditional steamed fruit pudding or a summer berry pavlova.
With generous festive dining and a beautiful atmosphere throughout the hotel, all that's left to do is gather your favourite people, raise a glass and enjoy Christmas Day together.

The Christmas menu will be available throughout the entire hotel with seatings starting from 12noon.
Each booking includes a generous 2.5 hour seating time from your reservation.
Due to the high demand for reservations, early bookings are essential, and full payment is required to confirm your booking.

Curated by our Head Chef and kitchen team, each hamper features a delicious selection of premium South Australian produce, including whole king prawns, Harris hot-smoked barramundi, mini Gypsy ham, seasonal accompaniments and festive desserts.
