Spend a winter Sunday by the fire with Adelaide Hills wines from Simon Tolley, live acoustic music and freshly cooked paella in the Sussex undercover courtyard. Join us from 12noon until 6pm.

No bookings required. Walk-ins welcome.

Join us in the Sussex courtyard as we celebrate the simple pleasures of the season - crackling fires, outstanding Adelaide Hills red wines, live music and freshly cooked paella enjoyed at a relaxed Sunday pace.

Settle in beside the fire with a glass of wine from Simon Tolley Wines, catch up with friends and soak up the atmosphere as live acoustic music fills the undercover courtyard throughout the afternoon.

Our chefs will also be preparing authentic paella fresh on-site, available until sold out, making the perfect accompaniment to an afternoon of great wine and good company.

Whether you're staying for a glass or settling in for the afternoon, Fireside Reds is all about slowing down and embracing the best of winter.
