Based in Gumeracha in the Adelaide Hills, Applewood is known for crafting premium gins using native Australian botanicals – think wattle seed, desert lime, and peppermint gum – all inspired by the rugged beauty of our landscape.
The masterclass includes a flight of three unique Applewood gins; each paired with a shared charcuterie and a dessert per person to round out the evening.
